This is a Semi Private weightlifting program which is done in 6 week blocks
You can start at any level and if necessary the program can be adjusted to you
Paid up front you have access to all classes but you make the BenchWarmers classes priority
Morning and evening times available
Nutritional guidance can be provided also alongside this program.
