This is a pay as you go Strength and conditioning class and you can start at any level.

Any age, any level of fitness it doesn’t matter, you go at your own pace and improve over time.

With morning and evening times you can be as flexible as you want.

It’s designed in a 6 week structure where the intensity and volume accumulates over this time period(gets harder as the weeks go on), and back off again to get optimal recovery.

Nutritional guidance can be provided also alongside this program.
